What is a Consultation?
Our Free Consultation is a very thorough process where our Lead Crown Maker will assess your current:
Is a Consultation mandatory?
The Free Consultation is not mandatory however it is recommended to ensure optimal results if you don't plan on bringing your own hair. Without a consultation we can try to determine your needs by looking a photo for refence as well as asking a series of questions through our DIY Online Consultation however a virtual consultation is helpful, but not a full replacement for an in person consultation. There are a lot of things that cannot be accurately represented in a photo including density and color.
What happens if I don't come in for a Consultation?
If you don't know what you need, the following may happen:
What is a Luxie BluePrint?
Our NEW Hair Mapping Technology is our "blueprint" to your hair. It's your extension plan mapped out on a diagram of your head, detailed in a way that all of our stylists can access your information and apply your extensions in accordance to your custom needs. It also contains information about the hair used (amount, length, color, etc) and also has notes about length of your appointment, etc.
What is the Luxie Client Monitoring Program?
After every installation service we enroll you in our Client Monitoring Program. Every time you come in for a visit, be it for a repair, retouch, or removal service, we assess your current hair, scalp, extension, and bonding site condition and log it under your profile. We also go over your daily routine and answer any questions or conerns you may have to keep your hair, scalp, and extensions at it's most optimal state. We can pull your information up later at any time to know exactly what's going on with your hair at all times.

Payment & Fees
What are your forms of payment?
Due to security risks associated with large cash transactions, we are a credit only salon and accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express). All debit cards are processed as credit. No cash or personal checks accepted. If you'd like to make arrangements to pay with a money order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We also accept PayPal and Venmo (please ask to send invoice prior to appointment).
How much is a deposit?
Why do you require a deposit?
Extensions are a lengthy process that require your CrownMaker to set aside a large amount of time. As all visits are scheduled by appointment only (no walk-ins accepted), the stylist cannot recoup lost income in the event of a no show. To prevent no calls/no shows, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit to guarantee compensation if a client cannot make the appointment. If the client is able to cancel or reschedule 24 hours before scheduled appointment, the deposit is held for 365 days and used toward the client's next scheduled visit.
Is the deposit refundable?
All deposits are non refundable. However if you need to cancel or reschedule, you may do so up to 24 hours before your appointment and you wont forfeit your deposit. We will hold it for no more than 365 days and you can transfer to your next scheduled appointment. You may also transfer your deposit to another client.
No call/no shows
Any no call/no shows will not be allowed to rebook. No exceptions.
Do you have a Refund policy?
