Ashley, owner and lead crown maker at Luxie, is a Dallas native with 15 years of experience. She's a certified extension expert who's trained with globally recognized companies such as Hairdreams, Dream Catchers, Lucsious Lox, Hot Heads and has worked as a brand ambassador attending more than 15 hair shows nationwide, spreading her love and knowledge of extensions to her peers. She has worked with eHow.com as an expert, filming over 20 instructional beauty videos focusing on extensions. She is a licensed cosmetologist in both Texas and California and is a Fashion Instuitute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) alumni with a degree in Beauty Marketing & Merchandising.

Stephanie, a native Angelino, got her start with the beauty industry working in the makeup department for the Disneyland Resort Parade while attending Cal State Los Angeles as a Theatre Arts and Dance major. After college, she then went on to study makeup and special effects, which eventually led her to enroll at Paul Mitchell the School where she pursued cosmetology and obtained her California Cosmetology license. In Stephanie's spare time, she still freelances as a makeup artist and continues to take classes to expand her knowledge and creativity of the beauty industry. She has worked as a Luxie crown maker for two years.
